MultiSpec®
UV/VIS/NIR Spectrometer Systems

MultiSpec® is a modular instrument family of
fast and process capable simultaneous readout spectrometer
systems for the UV/VIS/NIR, based on flexible 19"- chassis
technology. Various spectral ranges, resolutions and PC-interfaces
are available. An electronic multiplexer makes multi-channel
sampling possible. The standardized SMA-connectors at the
front side allow the connection of fiber-optics and various probes.

Electronic Interfaces
Different applications require different
PC interfaces. tec5 spectrometer systems offer the following
options:
- Remote Operation
with RS232 / RS485 interface. The RS485 interface offers
an external control up to a distance of 1 km.
- Desktop Operation
with PCI or USB 2.0 bus.
- Complete system
solution with industrial PC, integrated in a 19" rack.
For process communication it provides ethernet interface,
analog 4...20mA outputs and digital I/Os (optional: Profibus)
