Thin Film Thickness Measurement The contactless
and non destructive measurement of thin layers
is possible with several spectroscopic methods.

Measurements
on Roller Belts The layer thickness,
the reflection and transmission properties of dip-coated
flat glass has to be measured at exactly the same
position at the roller belt. The measurement of
different products requires a high dynamic range
enabling exact measurements of high signals as well
as very low signals.
Color
Measurement The colorimetry
is the scientific task to specify the color sensing
of the human eye by measurement techniques. The
tec5 MultiSpec Pro software handles the recorded
spectral data and calculates the color values according
the CIE.
Transmission
und Reflection In the optical
spectroscopy the interaction of an object with light
is examined. This interaction is shown in graphs
called spectra.
Vacuum
Coatings Quality control
during production requires a measurement setup matched
to the ambient conditions. High stability and reproducibility
of the measurement results over a long period of
time are essential. If the data acquisition has
to be performed in a vacuum deposition chamber the
setup and maintenance should be simple. In close
cooperation with one of our customers, a leading
manufacturer of coated glass panes, a setup for
reflection measurements in a vacuum chamber, based
on our MultiSpec system has been realized.
